A performance collage piece written in collaboration with 7 writers. Exploring the life that exists inside a woman’s handbag.

RITA & INEZ: The True Queens of Femininity
Co- Wrote a five-point plan with a feminist 
perspective. This is an hour-long entertainment performed in the style of the Cabaret.

The Women of Shakespeare
Co-Wrote an introduction to Shakespeare’s Women, written for the Montana Repertory Theatre’s Secondary Schools Outreach Program. Fifty minutes of Shakespeare’s text with a Saturday Night Live format.

ARTS EDUCATION

La Jolla Playhouse
     Education Programs Associate | 2007-2008
          Oversee curriculum being taught by teaching artists in schools including approving of lesson plans   and making site visits to ensure quality of teaching.
          Coordinate the writing and curriculum for study guides. Create pre-performance workshops and train teaching artists. Serve as the Director of Young

          Performer’s Workshop. Hire teaching staff. Set curriculum standards. Facilitate orientation   meetings with students and parents. Coordinate workshops and
          special events for theatre community. Serve on advisory boards for San Diego County Schools and CalArtes at San Marcos State University.


     Audience Enrichment Facilitator | 2006-2007
          Served as the Audience Enrichment Facilitator for productions of Zhivago, Mother Courage and Her Children, Zorro in Hell and The Wiz. Responsible
          for researching productions and writing pre-show lectures. Presented pre-show discussions. Facilitated Talkback Tuesday and Post Show Reactions.

          Introduced dance, percussion, song, mask making and storytelling to over 200 children each week. Worked in collaboration with the cast to create

          Actor/educator in outreach program for Broadway’s musical FOOTLOOSE. Created and implemented drama curriculum for summer camp consisting of
          over 500 children ages 5-9. Designed and facilitated musical theatre course. Assisted children in creating theatrical events based on their original ideas.
